How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Europe takes 5–10 business days; international orders take 10–15 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order at motivepet.com/apps/17TRACK.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. EU customers also have a 14-day cooling off period.
How do I start a return?

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us immediately at office.motivepet@gmail.com with photos of the issue and we'll make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship across Europe and internationally. Orders over €150 shipped from outside the EU may be subject to customs duties payable by the customer.
